    I love this Ceylon Cinnamon. Not only is it organic, but not the lesser quality cinnamon you typically find. I use this product for a nice little boost in my mental performance as well as a digestive support.

Organic Ceylon Cinnamon is not to be confused with the common cinnamon, known as Cassia Cinnamon.

Organic Ceylon Cinnamon hails from Sri Lanka and is harvested from a small evergreen known as Cinnamomum Verum.

This “True Cinnamon” has been highly touted throughout ancient history for its health benefits, dating back to the Egyptians.

Cinnamon can get a bad rep for being toxic at certain amounts, which may be true in extreme cases; however, taking too much cinnamon applies to the Cassia Cinnamon and not the Ceylon Cinnamon.
