Suggested Use

For adults, take 1-2 capsules per day with or without food, or as directed by a healthcare provider. Pregnant or nursing women, or children under 4 should use only under the guidance of a healthcare provider. Children 4-12 take half an adult dose. Keep out of reach of children.
