Ascent Nutrition will honor any supplement return sent back to us within 90 days of ordering if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase.

* Ascent Nutrition does not cover return shipping or provide return labels, these are the responsibility of the customer.

* We will refund the owed amount upon receiving the return and processing the return back into our facility

Checkout+ Coverage

We offer customers the option to add Checkout+ at checkout for a small upfront fee. Checkout+ provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

* Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered.
* Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Return Shipping

If you purchased Checkout+ coverage, your return shipping is fully covered. If you did not select Checkout+ at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, you can purchase a prepaid return label through our Customer Portal, and the cost will be your responsibility.

Steps to Return an Order for a Refund

* Start your return through our Customer Portal and select the product and reason for your return. If you purchased Checkout+, your label will be provided for free. If you did not purchase Checkout+, you can purchase a prepaid label through the portal.

* Print the return label you receive or purchase from the portal.

* Drop off your package at any carrier location. Please use the original packaging if possible. Once we receive and process your return back into our facility, your refund will be issued.
