Return Policy

Ascent Nutrition will honor any supplement or coffee return sent back to us within 30 days of ordering if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase.
  • Ascent Nutrition does not cover return shipping or provide return labels, these are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will refund the owed amount upon receiving the return and processing the return back into our facility. Alternatively a refund may be issued upon receiving a photo of the return receipt by the customer via email to info@goascentnutrition.com

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of the Red Light Therapy Watch. The customer must contact our support email prior to returning the Red Light Therapy Watch. We will accept returns up to 72 hours after customers receive the device. Video evidence of the malfunction or issue will be asked and required to proceed.

We will only be accepting returns on Spruce Tip Soap that is unopened.

Steps to return an order to us for a refund:
  1. Please email us at info@goascentnutrition.com to notify us about your return. This will ensure you can get your refund processed as quickly as possible. (please include the product and quantity you are returning and the reason for the return)

  2. Package your return for shipment back to us, if possible please use the original packaging. (please contact us for the return shipping address at info@goascentnutrition.com)

  3. Please email us a photo of your return receipt at info@goascentnutrition.com for a refund. Alternatively you may wait until we have received your return and have processed this back into our facility.
